First look at every session
Members hear about each session before it goes on the public board, so regulars get their spot.
Clubs
A club is a recurring plan with members. Same time, same place, a crew that grows. The easiest way to go from “we should” to “see you Wednesday.”
Examples
These are examples, not real clubs. They show the shape: a regular time, a clear activity, a size that works.
Every Saturday at 7. A posted trail, distance and pace, a leader at the front and a sweeper at the back. Coffee after.
Wednesdays at 6:30. A booked court, ten players, teams drawn fresh each week. The hold keeps it at ten.
The first Friday of the month. A long table at a new restaurant each time, eight seats, everyone pays for what they order.
Members

Familiar faces most weeks, and a few open spots so the club keeps growing.
Every session’s photos in one place, for the members who were there.
Next week’s session is one tap away. Each session is its own plan with its own hold, so nobody gets charged for weeks they skip.
For hosts
Most clubs start as a single plan that went well. Start there.
With Host Pro, turn it into a weekly, every-other-week or monthly plan.
People who came get first look at the next session. The club grows from there.
Share the work, so the club keeps going when you are on holiday.
No. Membership is free. Each session is its own plan with its own hold, released when you show up.
The same rules as any plan. Cancel 24+ hours before and your hold is released. Miss it without cancelling and it is kept.
As many as you like. Your calendar is the only limit.
Hosts with Host Pro. Recurring plans, clubs and co-hosts are part of it.
A club can keep sessions for members only. Sessions still happen in public places for hosts in their first three plans, and every safety rule applies.
