Reliability
Your Kept rate: proof you actually do things.
The share of plans you kept. It is not a score to be judged by. It is a quiet record that you show up, and it makes everything a little easier.
How it is counted
Kept, cancelled in time, or missed.
Every plan you join ends one of three ways: you kept it, you cancelled in time, or you did not come.
Cancelling 24 or more hours before never counts against you. Life changes, and that is what the window is for. Only no-shows and very late cancellations lower your rate.
Example
Kept rate 96%
- Plans joined
- 25
- Kept
- 24
- Cancelled in time
- 3, not counted
- No-shows

Levels
New, Building, Reliable, Trusted.
Four levels, earned by showing up. Nobody starts behind.
New
Your first plans. Standard holds. Everyone starts here, and it is a fine place to be.
Building
A few plans kept. Your rate starts to show next to your name.
Reliable
A steady record. You can join plans that ask for Reliable, like games that need exact numbers.
Trusted
A long record of showing up. You commit half the usual hold, and bigger hosting opens up.
What it changes
Small perks for people who show up.
Your hold size
Trusted: $5 instead of $10. A pattern of no-shows: $20, until it improves.
What you can host
Bigger plans, and plans at home for activities that allow it, open up as your record grows.
Plans that ask for Reliable
Hosts can ask for Reliable or above when exact numbers matter, like a ten-person soccer game.
Streaks
Streaks, framed kindly.
We show streaks because it feels good to see yourself actually doing things: “4 weeks in a row with a plan.”
We never nag, never guilt, and a streak ending is not a failure. It is a week off. There is no badge for burning out.
Privacy

- Your reasons
- Hosts cannot see: Why you cancelled a plan
- Hosts can see: That you joined their plan
Bad week?
How to recover.
Everyone has one. Here is how to get back on track.
- 1
Cancel early next time
Cancelling 24 or more hours before never counts against you. When in doubt, cancel early.
- 2
Keep a few plans
Every plan you keep lifts your rate. A handful of kept plans outweighs one bad night.
- 3
Tell us if it was not your fault
Checked in but marked absent? Host cancelled in person? Report it from the plan and a person will look.
Questions, answered
Is my Kept rate public?
It shows next to your name to people in the same plan, and on your profile to people you have met. It is never shown on the public site.
Does cancelling hurt my rate?
Not if you cancel 24 or more hours before. Late cancellations count less than no-shows, and a waitlist refill does not count at all.
Can a host lower my rate?
No. Your rate comes from check-ins. A host can mark someone absent only within a short window after the plan, and you can dispute it.
What happens if I do not show up?
The hold is kept. Your spot was saved for you and someone else missed out on it. It also counts in your Kept rate. One miss does not define you, and your rate recovers as you keep plans.
Can my hold be smaller?
Yes. Trusted people commit half the usual hold. People with a pattern of no-shows commit double. How reliability works.
