Card payments are processed by Stripe. Holds are released, not refunded, because no money moved.
Questions, answered
Do I need a paid tier to host?
No. Anyone can host basic plans for free. Host Pro adds recurring plans, clubs, co-hosts, custom deposit rules and a lower fee.
What does yearly save?
Yearly costs less than twelve months: flip the toggle above to see each price. The saving is shown next to it.
Is the hold part of the price?
No. The hold is separate and comes back when you show up. The price, on a paid plan, covers the thing itself.
What is the platform fee?
On paid plans it is 10% of the price, with a $2 minimum, or 5% when the host has Host Pro. Kept Plus members pay no platform fee. Plans with only a hold carry no fee at all.
Can I cancel Kept Plus?
Any time. It runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
What does the Venue plan cost?
$49 a month or $490 a year. It includes a venue profile, venue plans, the customer dashboard, check-in lists, CSV export and multiple staff accounts.
Do you give refunds?
Holds are released, not refunded, because the money never moved. If you paid for a plan and the host cancels, that payment is refunded to your card. The deposit and refund policy has every case.
