Restaurants, bars, courts, studios and game spots use Kept to bring groups on the nights they want to fill. A plan with a hold means the table you set is the table that shows.
How it works
Tuesday at 7, full.
Post a plan on the nights you want to fill: a set menu, a court block, a class, a quiz. People commit with a hold, so twenty seats means twenty people.
You can run the plan yourself, or partner with a host who already has a crowd. Either way it happens at your place, with your staff, on your terms.

Do guests pay us directly?
Paid plans are charged through Kept and paid out to you after the plan, through Stripe. The venue terms have the details.
Can we set our own rules?
Yes, within the community guidelines: dress codes, age limits for 21+ plans, what is included in the price. They show on the plan before anyone commits.
What does Kept do for a venue?
It brings committed groups on the nights you want to fill. You or a host post a plan at your place, people commit with a hold, and they show up.
What does a venue see?
Customers acquired this month, repeat rate, check-in lists and an opt-in customer list. People choose whether to share their details with you; nobody is added without saying yes.
Can we promote our plans?
Yes, for $5 a day. Promoted plans are always labelled “Promoted”, so people know what they are looking at.
What does the Venue plan cost?
$49 a month or $490 a year. It includes a venue profile, venue plans, the customer dashboard, check-in lists, CSV export and multiple staff accounts.
